Great company that cares about it's employees. They treat their employees like family. There is a lot of room for advancement.

Cons

In some locations they need to hire more employees in order to keep the business from being too hectic. But overall their are not too many cons. It's a good place to work.

Friendly and fair. They care about their employees. Good salaries & great work conditions. They have lots of opportunities for advancement and plenty of additional training to help you achieve your goals. Good insurance, 401K and profit sharing programs.

Cons

Must be willing to work hard and work to earn your advancement in the company. Not really a con just a heads up.

Great customers and employees at the local service centers.

Cons

Upper management including the CEO are forcing the company in a bad direction. They do not focus on the major sales obstacles of low inventory levels and poor systems and policies. Morale is generally low after years of mismanagement by upper management. Too many tenured Summit employees have been fired or have left.
