      Summit has gone down hill Since being bought out

      Some nice dr and some nice co workers

      Cons

      Poorly understaffed due to the take over by village md benefits are basically non existent— no 401k pto got cut travel reimbursement just got cut holiday pay cut no bonus or raises

      They hire anyone. They will try to work with schedule once hired.

      Cons

      Poor management communication with staff. Poor employee moral. Veterans under paid. Plenty of nepotism and favoritism in the department. Management will hire externally instead of internally when there are people qualified. There is no room for advancement.
