      Pros

      23 days PTO for licensed employees, supervisors, and managers from 0-3 years experience and then 28 days after 3 years

      Cons

      Everything else? Culture is rotten, grew too big too fast, taking away tons of benefits, lots of employees leaving, expected to continue the same production with 1/2 the staff, health insurance plan has worsened each year.
