Stable Paycheck, Payroll is on time bi-weekly. Decent Technology Given to Techs

Cons

No reimbursement on personal cell phone usage. No corporate cell phone is provided by the company. Poor Benefits and low pay raise and salary scale. HR & Management is non-responsive to employee concerns. No appreciation is given and only more work and mergers with no additional assistance to support all these new locations and staff. Poor Work-Life Balance - I spent over 3 years here with no or little promotion or raise.
