Pros

Company is growing and definitely the merger has been positive. The pay was decent comparison to most.

Cons

Without it being a bashing session, I’ll say it like this I worked there for a year was asked to work a night shift while they figured things out for 8 months during the whole year of me working there they forgot to take out my state taxes, I begged for almost a year to get it corrected which never happened. Also begged to have my schedule changed to a normal 9-5 type of situation citing religious and personal reasons, was denied and rejected multiple times with promises told that it would happen with nothing really except more work being thrown my way while others did the bare minimum. Making me lie on my time-out forms because I was listed as a 9-to-5 employee while working nights instead without HR knowing anything.

Pros

Not sure if I've experienced a Pro yet.

Cons

Toxic, no direction from leadership. CityMD merger is a technical failure on Summit's side. No advancement, you lose alot of time and experience.

Horrible Management

Pros

Can work from home sometimes

Cons

Horrible work life balance. 60 hour work weeks. No one knows how to do anything. The people that had skills and experience were let go. C-suite got all the bonuses and high salaries while the office team did all the work. New management that was brought in are the bottom of the barrel.
