Sun is a huge company and has a lot of resources. More importantly the leadership is approachable and willing to support if a business case can be made for those resources. The divisions within Sun are focused on success as a group. There is a lot of consultation and discussion between operations, technology and sales

Cons

Sun is a huge corporation and it can be difficult to keep entire divisions pulling in the same direction. There are personalities and strategies that don’t always align, like any big company or family for that matter.

Ten paid holidays 10 paid vacation days of your choice 5 sick days That’s all I have to say that was decent about this place

Cons

-Management -Pay -protocols -turnover rate -so much favoritism going on in this place. No one is rewarded for their work or skill level it’s all about favorites .

The work is not difficult. The work is reasonable. The non-senior managers are decent. The benefits are average. They emphasize training and development for its people.

Cons

The senior managers make the work difficult. The senior managers do not know how to change their management and leadership style based on their team. They try to use cookie cutter style management. That is one size fits all.
