Pros

Full time gets paid time off. Nothing hard about job.

Cons

Working in trailer park. Benefits (tuition reimburse, etc) are hard to obtain. Main Office out of touch with properties. Advancement of under qualified employees. No effective grievance process for conflicts at properties. "Old Boys Club".

Good benefits, vacation time, holiday pay

Cons

3 managers, constant turnovers. Not wrth living in community if u work there. No discounts. Raising rent and harrasment from office and home owners. Nothing was ever done. You pour your heart and soul into job and get stepped on and thrown away.

Cons

Management has poor communication. No work life balance. Management wants you to put in 60-70 hours and you don't get compensated for it.
