      Pros

      Culture of the company is like no other that I've been apart of. Recognition of employees and transparency at all levels as the company continues to grow. Resources available through L&D and mentoring to provide opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means a lot of change; you have to be comfortable with adapting to changes and taking on an increased workload to succeed.

      Pros

      Sun allows me to have a good time at work. Allows me to be positive, to be kind, to be outgoing. As for the actual job, all the tools necessary, are at my disposal. The support staff makes it a hard to fail scenario. Couldn't ask for better.

      Cons

      There are no downsides. Sun's culture allows you to make it what it is.
