      Pros

      Learning and Development team on my left hand is superb with keeping me up-to-date with my roles of a Manager. HR Department on my right hand as they balances me throughout my day too.

      Pros

      There are many pros to sun ,a good team ,and hard work being the start in the six year that I have been with sun I have had the privilege to meet many wonderful people ,and have the chance to visit and work in many different communities, and striving to walk the path of good service and suns goals ,I dont consider myself yet fully learned in as anything I do as I'm still learning new techniques from time to time ,my team is always ready to offer advice and guide me in what ever I try to achieve .

      Cons

      Its gets real cold real wet and windy in Michigan :(
