Pros

Great pay and benefits. There is a lot of growth opportunity. They take good care of the properties. They have a lot of really talented people in the organization.

Cons

Overly cautious about liability, especially anything HR related. So much so that it results in poor business decisions being made. You will work relentlessly without any work- life balance. There is substantial amount of petty back-stabbing at the executive level.

This company is truly amazing! I believe in the message of treating people how you like to be treated. I feel very valued as a team member and love all the perks that come with working for Sun.

Cons

Its a very large company, there can be disconnects at times but Sun is constantly changing and learning new ways to become even better.
