      Pros

      Work schedule, compensation package, culture, Sun has such an incredible team of managers and support. I have been with the company for 3 years. They believe in promotion from within, which is how I went from a seasonal employee as a pool attendant to a community manager within that time. A family-oriented company that prides it self on its culture and teams.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind with this company; they took a chance on someone who had previously been a stay-at-home mom for 10 years and gave her a career she loves and enjoys.
