      Great company to begin an insurance career

      Fair compensation for the type of work, competitive benefits and vacation time, flexibility to work from home, friendly office culture

      Cons

      Difficult to advance, unrealistic deadlines and workloads, little attention to employee development, and stressful vacation planning because of lack of organization / coverage while out of the office

      Good location, has complementary parking.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lots of micro-managers. They don't have a fair/effective performance evaluation system. A lot of office politics going on and there's no good working ethic. The company sold out most of its major business and outsourced lots of functional areas. Therefore, it has frequent lay-offs.
