Pros

Although company comes with a lot of benefits but if you work from home you are sort of screwed. As especially if you don’t make it to office or if you are a telecommuter chances are very least for you to get promoted unless you are on top of your game and checking all the boxes. Hence if you are getting write offs or your AHT is not where they want it to be the max postion you can promoted upto is RTS and if you look forward to going in any other field/department other than customer service you can’t unless you spend two full years in customer service

Cons

No social interaction proposed for telecommuters you will feel purposeless after each day as no one like being yelled at for no reason as personal for 20 calls out of 60 calls a day. I feel bad seeing the in office activities that your other colleagues-take part in as its fun and take off the stress from regular day and helps you in keep loving what you do. But this job has made me realise that if you are two hours away from a office location despite being office at a location where you live but its not YOUR positioned office - Dont do it
