Pros

Air-conditioned building in heat of Florida. Occasionally let you off early on Fridays (this happened 5 or 6 times in the year I worked there). Good benefits. Above average pay.

Cons

No work/life balance whatsoever. Super stressful. Very difficult to get hires. TONS OF FAVORTISM BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND FAVORED EMPLOYEES. Hard to get a hire if you're not fed leads from management. They only feed leads to the favored employees.

Terrible company

Pros

If you are trying to break into the staffing business, they will hire almost anyone.

Cons

Management is dishonest, they do not take sexual harassment seriously at this company. The company culture here is terrible. Dishonesty and backbiting are encouraged. One of the managers has been known to tell employees to consider "what's in it for me". There is a lot of talk by senior management about doing the right thing and treating people right, but the entire company leaves the room laughing when the very people who purport this message display the complete opposite on a regular basis. The base pay and the salary are the worst in the Tampa Bay area, and while they claim that you can make a very good income there, you have to have almost 100 people working for you in order to hit six figures. Benefits are expensive, and the company has a revolving door. Very few tenured people here and some teams almost the entire staff has been there 1 year or less.

Pros

Your coworkers & getting to go home at the end of the day

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. Incredibly toxic culture. This company is a joke compared to other staffing and recruiting companies. A revolving door of employees getting hired & fired & fearing for their jobs every single day. Management offers zero support if you’re struggling and are too absorbed in stealing business and focusing on themselves. Commission structure is trash. No work from home flexibility. Extreme micromanagement, expect to be leaving upwards of 70+ voicemails per day. Close to no PTO & no paid sick days. Extremely high turnover rate. No focus on lead generation so you’re somehow expected to create your own leads by contacting people who have been contacted by 50+ recruiters before you. This is not a recruiting job, this is a full service call center. New graduates beware & avoid this company at all costs unless if you’re fine with just being another number in a sea of high turnover.
