Focus is on profit, including every penny spent. too much work expected within 40 hours. very difficult to get approved overtime. If there's a supply that costs $2 instead of 1, even if you order just one of them, you will hear from the manager that you need to buy the $1 supply instead of the $2.

Very little support from management. They say "we support you", and "call us if you need anything" But if you ever do need anything they do not offer any help. Management is not flexible or willing to work with staff. It is their way or the highway. Very fake to your face. I have never felt so unappreciated or treated so poorly by a company.
