They make you feel welcomed as a new hire and like you’re a part of something special. They’ll make you all these promises but once you’ve been there a while they don’t care

Cons

Management will say one thing to your face and pretend to be friendly and like the team is a family but all that goes away if it benefits them. Work load is heavy and goes unrewarded. They hire new people and fire long time employees so that they don’t have to pay people as much. Once they let you go they’ll fight to not give you any kind of severance or unemployment despite having stellar work history.
