Company values seniority over performance. Nepotism is rappant with office personnel. Company will not compensate employees for federal or state recommended mileage reimbursement. Company makes millions of dollars each year, in profit, and does not fairly compensate the employees bringing in the business.

Don’t get paid enough for the miles traveled. Would drive an hour to get to a patient and miles were not compensated. Would have a mandatory meeting once a month an hour away and miles were not compensated. Supplies only given at office, so you pay your own miles to get supplies for your patients. Could only take so much supplies, so we would have to make frequent unpaid trips to get supplies.
