This is not what hospice is supposed to be

Pros

Nothing. If you’re one of the favorites then you’re set just like 90% of the “leaders” of the company

Cons

500 census. Patients are just numbers. All they care about is admitting patients to our services. They have favoritism, President of sales favors intake lady in such unprofessional manner. He got her a job at suncrest and now she keeps getting promoted— this is a good example of favoritism plus more if you know what I mean. Leaders in this branch are not leader theyre not here to lead they’re here to manipulate.

Pros

Amazing co-workers, culture appears meaningful on the surface.

Cons

Huge pay gaps for same position with equal experience. Little room for improvement with pay, no matter promotion or educational advancements. Management promotes fear and a sense of keep your head down and mouth shut. No room for honest discussion or feedback with concerns.

Pros

Their pay is average for the industry - health benefits are covered for the employee. As with any company, there are some wonderful people that work there - very devoted, very caring.

Cons

There is an incredible amount of employee turnover for such a young company (90%). This creates a problem for the patients and their families; they cannot trust that their caregivers will be there for the long-term. There seems to be a genuine lack of trust and confidence in upper management. People are very disposable at this company.
