Folks sometimes get fired for little or no reason - think twice before accepting an offer if you already have a job 4dx is a s joke - such a waste of time Management being shuffled all the time Advice: read previous reviews and only take a job there is you do not have one already (you have nothing to loose)

Way too understaffed at the worker bee level. About half of the executives are not on site. Pay raises are limited, even for solid performance reviews. Morale is low as company and Vista continue to hire new grads with no experience and low wages. Pressure to achieve goals is unsustainable. Lots of focus on cost reduction and maximing your "value" to the organization. Lots of knowledge tied up in a few critical worker bees that don't get recognized often. Too many "strategic projects" that go no where other than being a proving ground for the next batch of "leaders". Salaries are below market.
