      Department Managers are great, but senior leadership lacks strategy

      Pros

      Great departmental leadership in many areas Strong brand in market Individual executives very knowledgeable in their areas Open door policies with many directors

      Cons

      Executives as a whole lack strategy for the company Sunquest is currently a cash cow for the venture capitalist firm that controls it, so no long term vision with executive leadership (although some recent moves suggest otherwise) Temp Connection agency for interns is horrible

      Pros

      The office is friendly and the people are great. If you like a modern office out in the countryside then it is a pleasant environment to work in.

      Cons

      I do not think the management know what they are doing. The staff turnover rate is very high, and people leave because they do not like what is going on. It is too hard to actualy get work done. You may get a manager from another country or timezone trying to manage you. They only take on new inexperieced staff.
