      Very low pay, casual work environment, no progress opportunities, undervalues highly experienced employees

      Not a lot. Casual environment.

      Cons

      Non competitive salaries offered. ( the salary ranges showing up on this site are either old or no longer true) No growth or promotion opportunities. If you apply for a job internally that’s levels up from your current position, you can expect a 5% raise on your current base at best. HR employees are unaware of fair practices in current market. Most of the major decisions are governed by the owners of the company( Vista). Highly unstable ownership, changed hands several times in the past years, better leaders are transferred to other companies owned by Vista. Company displays better profits by giving pay-cuts to employees or laying off employees with higher pay.

      Sunquest has great benefits if you don't mind having your performance monitored in lots of ways.

      Pros

      Sunquest offers 2 weeks vacation to incoming employees, as well as great health and retirement benefits. Current policy is matching 4% total income into 401k (with a 6% income contribution). The vacation is easily taken, and I haven't ever had a request rejected. The employees always work in teams, and there's great cross-team functionality. Compared to other workplaces, the "drama" is very minimal, so you can actually be productive. Feels like working with a family.

      Cons

      Constant monitoring of all possible measurable metrics for every position. I've yet to see them fire anyone over not hitting target numbers, but even still, there's always that reminder that they're measuring. There's also a constant push to go above and beyond the job expectations that's expected of everyone. Every week your commitments are evaluated in team meetings to make sure your doing them,

      Pros

      Managers and co-workers are nice; Information sharing is pretty effective within the company; They do pay attention to personal professional development.

      Cons

      The biggest dissatisfaction is the low pay, except which, I couldn't come up with any others. Besides, benefit package is pretty fine!
