Clueless senior leadership. Look the other way mentality while management and above skirt ethical and moral boundaries on a daily basis. Promoting people to a Director position who have absolutely no relevant work experience. The pay seems decent, until you go somewhere else. A history of layoffs that leave employees feeling as if someone will tap them on the shoulder to tell them their services are no longer needed. Replaces laid off employees with wet behind the ears college grads who have absolutely no relevant industry or work experience. Sunquest Information Systems has some good employees who are treated poorly by management, not to mention they have a very bad reputation in Tucson. Their pre-screen test is highly suspect.

Experienced people replaced with cheaper people with little to no experience Management are mostly not from within the industry so are unaware of the needs of the clients and, therefore, the needs of the employees to meet those needs.
