Working with enthusiastic staff to help clients.

Cons

Staff that don't want to work or do the minimal just to get by. Many staff have multiple jobs and hate working there which reflects on the clients. Admin only cares about the numbers and getting as much as they can out of a CLF before they quit. Very high turnover rate... Run away!!!!

Employer has regular business hours, which allows for family time. Client offers benefits including 401K, paid sick time, paid vacation time, and medical/dental coverage.

Cons

Starting pay is the most you will make. There is no such thing as a raise. Zero upward mobility, unless already invested for over 20 years.
