You have to ignore how the company operates. They have little to no customer service, the companies main focus is getting the panels on the roof, nothing else. As soon as that happens, the customer no longer exists and if there's a problem the company expects the customer to get more panels instead of resolving the issue. Burn out is real. The company only likes to focus on positive, very much toxic positivity. The focus on numbers is way too extreme. They really expect you to put everything into making numbers.
