No room for advancement. Promises are made and not followed through. Management does not listen to employees or provide guidance when needed. Always have to go to HR for recommendations. Quality and quantity do not go hand in hand - management doesn't care about the customer experience as long as they sign up

Many employees are incompetent to a fault (i.e. can't write email). Emotions run high and there are many renegade employees. New engineering employees were misled about benefits packages specifically stock. Management is inefficient. Communication is lacking. Promotion path is not defined. Salary is not conducive to living in Orange County, CA.
