Pros

Exciting, innovative company. Growing industry, good partnerships and gaining more. Good reputation, good employees.

Cons

Any cons for Sunrun are shared by any company in the solar industry. It is called the solarcoaster for a reason. Constantly dealing with legislative changes and incentives. Sunrun has adapted and succeeded where most havent.

Pros

Working to change the world and the way people buy power, leadership is focused and working on the right tasks and objectives, profitable. The company values are ideal; they want their employees to be happy and committed for the long haul.

Cons

It is the solar industry and part of the solar coaster. Products and policies are constantly changing and it is an ever evolving company. That is part of what makes it fun, but it is challenging to stay ahead and motivated at times. Leadership is constantly pushing for more sales, more kW installed, work harder and faster for less benefits. Financial compensation could be better.

Pros

- Executive team is the best in the business. - Best management team in the entire industry. - Each sales Person is focused and Professional - Each employee owns a piece of the company. - Company knows how to procure financing, From Project Financing to Tax Equity investments. - SunRun is second to industry Giant SolarCity that is saying a lot considering it achieved this as a private company. - When SunRun goes public they will be a company I will bet my bottom dollar on - Highest quality installs, panels, and customer service giving their clients the best customer experience. - Has Exclusive relationship with COSTCO which has huge customer loyalty.

Cons

- Too many meetings many of which could be put in an email. - Decreased commission by 30%. - Project velocity is slow especially in east coast where clients projects take 4-6 months to install and 3-4 months to get paid on.
