Pros

I have the convenience of making my own schedule, sort of. Work from home, easy job.

Cons

I have at least 5 bosses. It seems they add a new person every other week, and some of them are unprofessional, and lack training. There is a weekly score card that puts tons of focus on our numbers. Lead quality seems less important than hitting the coveted 40%conversion rate. While these score cards are sent out in mass (yes, everyone else sees your score card), there seems to be no incentive to perform. Low performers continue on without penalty, and those that actually try just get ignored with a pat on the head. Also, I would like clear growth opportunities.

Pros

Working with homeowners who currently want to save money on their electric bills. Strong work and life balance As a whole it's a pretty easy job Good benefits

Cons

Poor leadership My boss actually sent out emails to the whole team trying to degrade you, showing your work performance, call idle time, etc We are completely cut-off from San-Fran teams. Poor facility, roughly 65-70 people confined to a small little room. Has become just your typical call center, constantly looking at break times, idle times, etc. No set goal or objective, everything changes in the matter of a day. They throw around the word "customer-obsessed but it doesn't mean anything, I'm not sure if I was a customer I'd consider Sunrun.

Pros

-Great people.. and you will make friends here quickly -Hyper growth company with a ton of potential. -Record breaking volumes which mean that the company is helping more people go solar. -Daily prizes -Monthly public recognition to include lunches -Quarterly employee events this year it has been Top Golf and a Diamondbacks game -Community events -Leadership is small enough that you can talk to anyone and have access at any level. -Opinions count, employees will be called in to participate in brainstorming sessions or to give opinions about future processes, tools, or just to understand how to make the call center better. or Sunrun better. -Pay for performance base plus commission

Cons

-Some people are rooted in the past and can't see beyond the change -Culture is still being defined -Fast growth means that there are a lot of things that still need to be figured out -Fast growth means fast change, its not bad but for some it's uncomfortable.
