Awesome group of people who will be your friends in and out of work. Freedom to self-manage and choose which projects you'd like to work. Great location and office space.

Cons

Office politics prevent getting things done efficiently. Teams are not unified around a common goal which makes cross-functional directives difficult. Career development is bottom of mind for too many people.
