Pros

Friendly people, great middle managers and employees, a lot to be proud of the company's values.

Cons

Extremely political and poisonous culture. Too many executives with nothing but their egos and inflated sense of importance. Too secretive and indecisive which promotes CYA culture. No leadership and no direction. Hard-working middle managers are leaving the company frustrated and disappointed. The CEOs are exceptional, but they seem to be blinded by false claims and accusations made by the executives.

Smart People, great mission and focus on results. Feel good by doing good. Engineering team has great engineers, smart and dedicated.

Cons

I win you lose attitude in many leaders. Fake "Ra-ra" culture. The company takes itself too seriously and believes its own marketing. Emphasis on process over people.
