I would say pay but $15 an hour isn't enough for what they make you do.

Cons

Management, work ethic, never paid on time, changing rules constantly, no communication. This list could go on and on.

Pros

Great job if you are commission oriented or if you just need a paycheck. No one to check on you, they throw you at a Home Depot or Costco where you can either put an effort or sit in the break room if you want. Really good job while you are looking for another job.

Cons

They claim to be a human-centric company but they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. Managers tell you to push their lease option and not inform the customer about federal incentives if they choose to purchase the system. Little to no training, your job is to get appointments scheduled at all costs without having any deeper knowledge of the product and how to handle objections. You will spend most of your day walking isles and bothering people that have no interest in what you are selling or stuck to a booth trying to get people's attention as they leave. Read the customer's reviews, they speak a lot about the company.
