I been working with sunrun for 6 plus months now i been promote is about four and a half months. I make a lot more money when you add the Commission plus the hourly. They honelsy treat you like family! The managers are fantastic. If you show you got the drive you will be promoted as promised. They do a lot of fun activities for the team. Cook outs, baseball games, trips. All included.

Cons

I wouldn't really call this a con but you are held to a quota each month. Also it's mentally draining you hear the word no/ not interested so many times.

There are no pros to this company anymore.

Cons

Micro managed to death. If you love the smell of hot coffee breath breathing down your neck then this is the job for you. Spend all your free time attending meetings and taking selfies of yourself in stores to prove you are there. Prepare to work 6 days a week. Job is stressful especially when you pour your talent into setting appointments for the closers then they don't even bother to show up to them then it's your head on the chopping block. Not to mention all of my private information including social security was released to a phishing scam that hit the company.
