The commission was fine the hourly fine.
Cons
The management would use harassment to get rid of employees they seek change over to keep from payout of commission. If you reported anything it went no where I was let go after a year I was always in the top 10% of leads and closed deals nationally. The manager lied about many things and used employees against one another. I was never late or missed time and let go around the holidays. I had over 100 proposals in my name they will never have to pay me for. They don't represent Costco well at all. I can't believe they allow them in the door to be a vendor. I was done completely and so are the customer who purchase the over sized over sold solar systems. Many who lease will be paying more for their solar than they do power in the future. If sunrun wishes to take me court let's do it, I welcome it!
