You get guaranteed 40 hours

Cons

Grueling work schedule. You will never see a weekend off again unless you use PTO. Very low pay. Commissions are so low and the fsc’s rarely close deals so expect to make minimum wage while being expected to work as if you have a 6 figure salary.
