(That is why hardly can motivate people and there is not reward system) There are a lot of opportunities for professional growth in SuperMicro which because people in SuperMicro just way too outstanding that they are not quite sure what they are doing actually. (Either work long enough to earn the all benefit already and just waiting for retirement or no professional skill at all and just try to fool around) If you want to work in a quiet environment, please join SuperMicro that there is no information sharing at all. There are no communications between departments but rather pointing fingers.
