If you speak Chinese and you are not good at English it's a good place to start off your career. They hire people recently because the company is growing.

Cons

office politics is a big issue here. You have to know who is the boss. They don't really have a good system.

Job security is the main pro as there have been no layoffs during the company's entire existence. That's really about it.

Cons

Terrible benefits (for example 10 vacation days/year no matter how long you work there), little room for growth, not an equal-opportunity employer, unorganized workplace with a glaring lack of procedures, little confidence in direction of company.
