      good place for some entry level engineers since it's not difficult to enter this company.

      Cons

      management is not good. engineer work too long. no balance of the life.too many fresh people.

      - Daily free small breakfast - Offers benefits - To poorly skilled workers: You might have a shot working at Supermicro if you're willing to get low-ball pay.

      Cons

      - A lot of senior managers got where they are today due to seniority, not the quality of work they put in. - Management needs improvement. Tolerate and cause a lot of unnecessary drama between employees and departments. - Employees are expected to put in a lot of labor hours. The more hours you put in, the more recognitions you receive. Even if you are not producing any quality work. - Most managers cannot speak proper English or have any management qualifications; unprofessional.
