      Pros

      I work for Super Micro as an Inside Sales. Form the beginning, I had a very smooth interview process, and I was well-respected by management team. After I came on board, I had good training experiences. Also, management and staff are very professional and helpful. I have had a good experience working for Super Micro. More importantly, Super Micro offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K program and many other plans. This company is growing rapidly, and I believe it is a great place for employees to learn, grow and develop.

      Cons

      In this business you might be overwhelmed with the workload. However, this is not always the case. If you get things done in time, you can manage your workload effectively.

      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with strong product portfolio (which is very important in sales!). If you're good, you can have a big impact at Supermicro, although you have to be patient and let your contributions and successes grow while you build the credibility you'll need to have that influence and impact. It's a very flat organization so the decision making processes are relatively quick.

      Cons

      It's a unique culture that can be challenging to understand and adapt to. Also, there are also some senior employees who have been around since the early days when it was a small company, but are no longer assets to the company and should be removed, but they're allowed to stay (I suppose out of loyalty?).
