Department leader will make hourly employees work long hours, weekends, holidays. Basically you won’t have personal time, you will need to work 2-3 weeks straight before you can get a Saturday or Sunday off. If you refuse work extra hours on Saturday and Sunday, you are on the black list, you will not get a good review and you will pass for any promotion. This Company has broken so many labor law, employees work 10 hours or more a day, they won’t provide a 3rd break. No work life balance, Company goal is making money, they don’t care about employee’s health, they will work you to death.

There is a huge gap between the have and have nots. Other reps steal accounts and the is absolutely zero organization. Internal competition for the same deals takes up 90 % of time.
