Dedicated service case coordinators Who obviously are not in it for the compensation . Service coordination staff are so tolerant, supportive and take a team approach.

Cons

Your credentials, experience and positive rapport with others are of value. Your race and relationship are required to advance.

Cons

be prepared to take on an unsustainable workload ex 100-300 caseloads at a time due to staffing shortages and a failed healthcare system. antiquated work processes and training that sets you up to fail. high turnover

Favoritism & no room for growth

Pros

Great benefits, annual raises and bonuses based on performance.

Cons

Very disorganized company. Working with outdated applications. No room to grow if your not a manager or directors favorite. Very unprofessional workplace. The majority of the people that work there are miserable and upper management is losing out on great employees that decide to leave because of poor management and favoritism.
