      They will work you to death

      Pay, benefits, great coworkers, get to travel

      Cons

      CONSTANTLY changing processes, will work 12 hours a day if you don't put your foot down, are not concerned with employee safety--you enter homes of criminals with no knowledge or way to protect yourself (not all clients are dangerous)

      Pay, benefits, parking, picnic, flexibility to wfh (prior to covid) in some teams

      Cons

      Continued promotion of individual contributors to managment. Managment in org chain were mimes of their managment and were great individual contributors but zero focus on raising their staff up. Lack of clear expectations so they could change them whenever.
