Flexible hours and this will depend on your position. Able to implement your ideas. Encouraged to think outside the box. Empowered to make decisions.

Cons

Sometimes we work so much because we care so much about what we do and who we are impacting that you forget to have lunch or that it’s already 6pm. We work weekends when we see the need. We also work after hours.
