      Set schedule, some department have overtime available.

      Cons

      Stopped providing bonuses to all employees and only awarded employees job level M or higher. Raises were also lower this year than any previous years.

      Hard to grow within the company. Lots of changes in the company but not a lot of communication from corporate about these changes. Unknown things going on
