      Working from home is nice, coworkers can be really nice.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about you at all. Lots of pressure to get everything correctly done and some might even Target you.

      free parking, good benefits, office building has a gym for employees

      Cons

      pay is not competitive at all, I don't feel the company has trust in it's employees, they also give you too much to do with unrealistic deadlines, workload is too much for the pay
