      Good pay, insurance is decent and PTO is 3 weeks a year which is amazing

      Cons

      You’re replaceable; they’ve let 3000 employees go with absolutely no notice, during a pandemic, within a matter of 2 days to save the company some money.

      Work from home Educating members Good pay Great benefits Annual bonuses

      Cons

      Constant change without analyzing how it would affect workflows for staff Virtual Micromanaging Zero department specific training-so you know how to do your job and the expectation 5-9 hour drives round trip 3-4x a week 3-4 hours of documentation Emails that BCC (blind copy) all upper leadership and demand you “reply all”.. ridiculous
