      Micromanagement, lengthy documentation, often work over 40 hours/week with no compensation (salary position), inexperienced management not helpful

      Unhealthy Work Environment / Unethical Management

      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement of employees to the point of unbearable. Poor training. Very unprofessional management, cliques, whispering, discussing employees with fellow employees, gaslighting. Not a good experience.
