      Pros

      Lots of people that like to find ways to pass the time. They tracked this one girls phone and and had us pretend like everything was normal. But everyone even management had fun with it. I laughed too. She was totally lost.

      Cons

      Soup was cold sometimes but the eggs were good.

      strict but nice and welcoming

      Pros

      I saw a lot of people move up, they appreciate employees with lunches, treats and special events and we were allowed to decorate our desk to make you feel confortable and we had a lot of training and we didn't have high volume calls all the time maybe 1hr peak every day. Great benefits and great pay for a call center.

      Cons

      it's a call center and they were very strict about following the call flow and meeting the metrics and tardees and absences
