Company had a great work life balance good salary and decent travel.

Cons

At your desk almost all day so if you’re not a desk person this isn’t for you.

Pros

Great benefits, bonuses, work from home, reimbursement for mileage and internet.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, New employees make the same as people that have been there 5 years. Case loads are unreasonable. ADN nurses get payed more than BSN and equal to MSN. Field nurses are put in danger when going to members homes and have to deal with bugs, biting dogs, hostel people.
