Employees are encouraged to be creative and innovative in solving problems and breaking down barriers. Through the support of leadership, employees maintain a shared vision of excellence and continuous improvement that allows them to build strong working relationships and highly collaborative teams.

Cons

Sometimes we are too big for our own good. System interoperability can cause inefficiencies and work delays.

A Great Place to Work

Pros

Superior is a great place to work. I have been employed with the company for 4 years and still love it. They are always trying to improve service to members and create new ways of supporting staff. Our department is like a family with coworkers being willing to help each other. It is awesome getting to serve the most vulnerable members in our communities and partnering with outside entities to make local impact.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of any. If we have concerns, there are channels to get them addressed and I feel like they are heard.
