      Nice and tranquil

      Pros

      It's a nice and tranquil place to work and it is pretty much 9-5 (which is a great pro in the Finance/Admin field). People are nice and the offices have a gym and a cafeteria with fresh made healthy meals at a discount.

      Cons

      If you're ambitious and want to move up and quickly, it might not be the ideal place for you.

      Wonderful team in the PDM dept. Very helpful and team oriented. Celebrates birthdays and holidays the right way.

      Cons

      Upper ward mobility is challenging. Cross departmental changes are difficult. Culture changes per department, depending on supervisors and role.
