      Highly motivated and intelligent management and staff Very competitive salary and benefits Great outlook on business policies. They do right by their membership.

      Some old school 'this is how it has always been done' still lingering High expectations from parent company State bureaucracy is tedious at times

      The provide free coffee, hot and cold water

      Cons

      Deceitful management. Cronyism. Backstabbers who think they will go somewhere in this company by setting others up for failure. They claim to be the biggest insurance company but most of their members have not received packets with information they are supposed to receive and most do not know who their physician is. Most of their members do not speak English!
